P Renganathan is the Managing Director of Windia Chemicals P. Ltd. He is a first-generation entrepreneur from an agriculturist family. He has expertise in professional accountancy for six years after graduation in Science from St. Joseph’s College, Tiruchirappalli.  In association with a like-minded technocrat and an IISc- Bangalore engineering post-graduate P Asaithambi, established a chain of low-cost large scale photocopying businesses in many educational institutions and industrial sectors in Tamilnadu. Large scale consumption of dispersants for in-use and for other potential clients encouraged them establishing a chemical manufacturing unit.  His success initiated a diversified new venture Windia Aqua Projects, a mid-scale Shrimp culture farm in 80+ acres at Pulicat (Pazhaverkaddu), historic seashore in Tamilnadu.

His commitment with a strong association with doctorates and the experience in dispersant manufacturing expanded to WindiaSpeciality Chemicals established in 1995 for many inorganic chemicals and later restructured as Windia Chemicals P. Ltd. He is also the founder and director of the allied firms integrated as WinBro-Pharma, Win-Electro, Win-Rasayan and Win-Oxy on the production of core chemicals and inorganic compounds for Windia Chemicals P. Ltd and others. He has over 25 years of experience in establishing product-specific chemical manufacturing units.  His focus and specialization are on the production of quality in-organic chemicals to the clients and distributors across the globe in Food, Pharmaceutical, Agriculture and Oil extraction industries. He is also progressively expanding the chemical manufacturing portfolio meeting the customer-specific requirements.
